William (left, owner) and John (right, team lead) attended Disaster Solutions’ Riverboat Seminar where the Liberty Roofing staff learned all about Louisiana state statutes and legislation that affects (better word: *benefits*) insurance policyholders (that’s you, the homeowner!).
We got the “down low” on how to better serve our customers as we approach the 1-year anniversary of Hurricane Ida– from what we can expect to see now that there is only 1 year left to file a Hurricane Ida claim, to the ins-and-outs of navigating the tricky insurance hoops they expect homeowners to jump through, and laws that protect homeowners (such as “Bad Faith Penalties,” etc).
